At the first sign of unusual activity on your AT&T Universal Business Rewards Card account, you’ll be contacted to verify the charges and to provide approval before additional charges to the account are permitted. If you believe that a Fraud Early Warning has been placed on your account, please call Customer Service at 1-877-288-4577.

The Lost Wallet® Service

If your AT&T Universal Business Rewards Card is lost or stolen, give us a call at 1-877-288-4577. We can issue a new card to you at no cost, provide you with emergency cash subject to your available cash advance limit, and assist you in the replacement of your important documents.1

New Card Activation

To prevent fraudulent activity during the mailing of your new AT&T Universal Business Rewards Card, your account may be temporarily blocked. Simply call the number that appears on the sticker on your new card from your home phone for instant account activation.

128-Bit Encryption

We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) for secure transmissions. SSL applies encryption between two communicating applications, such as your PC and our corporate Internet server. When your data is transmitted over the Internet, it is encrypted or “scrambled” at the sending end and then decrypted or “unscrambled” at the receiving end. We use 128-bit encryption.

Emergency card replacement outside the continental U.S. may take a minimum of 48 hours. There may be a service fee associated with a request for 24 hour card replacement.
