The Lost Wallet® Service
If your AT&T Universal Card is lost or stolen, give us a call at 1-800-423-4343. We can issue a new card to you, provide you with emergency cash subject to your available cash advance limit, and assist you in the replacement of your important documents.1

How our site is protected
128-Bit Encryption
We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) for secure transmissions. SSL applies encryption between two communicating applications, such as your PC and our corporate Internet server. When your data is transmitted over the Internet, it is encrypted or “scrambled” at the sending end and then decrypted or “unscrambled” at the receiving end. We use 128-bit encryption.
