Lost or Stolen Cards
If your AT&T Universal Card is lost or stolen:
Call The Lost Wallet® Service at 1-800-423-4343 and we can issue a new card to you at no cost, provide you with emergency cash and assist you in the replacement of your important documents.1
1Emergency card replacement outside the continental U.S. may take a minimum of 48 hours. There may be a service fee associated with a request for 24 hour card replacement.
